Are you navigating the complex intersection of your physical health and emotional well-being? Perhaps you’ve received a new medical diagnosis, are struggling to manage a chronic condition like diabetes or an autoimmune disorder, or feel overwhelmed by persistent pain or fatigue. You might be experiencing health-related anxiety, facing a difficult treatment decision, or feeling isolated in your journey. You may be a caregiver struggling to manage someone else's challenges while balancing your own needs. Our goal is to ease the stress and strain in your life to help manage what is happening now and what may come in the future. I draw from a tailored toolbox of therapies, including: CBT, ACT, Trauma therapy, & Mindfulness. I trained mostly on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but we know now that some things we cannot change, but we can learn to accept and manager which is why I now use Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Mindfulness meditations.
