I work with adults and adolescents to help them feel safe and confident in their bodies and in their relationships. Together, we can work through any anxiety or doubt you carry to build acceptance and self-worth. We can help you build stronger, more meaningful relationships with your loved ones. I also provide sex therapy where we can challenge unhelpful stigmas around sex and reclaim the word pleasure. We strive for insight and inner peace, however that looks to you.
