The desire I have for my clients is for them to thrive instead of just surviving. Starting a counseling journey is a courageous and important step towards thriving. My goal is to walk along side my clients inside a safe, trusting, and collaborative relationship. I have an integrative approach to therapy which is focused on what my client needs in order to come to a long-term place of healing. In this counseling space, you have the opportunity to process past trauma, deal with anxiety, combat depression, and handle life's day to day struggles. The space I create is accepting and void of judgement.
