You’ve thought about it, talked it through, and understand where it comes from — yet something still feels stuck. Many of the women I work with are insightful and self-aware. They’ve done meaningful personal work, but certain patterns, emotions, or experiences continue to resurface. If that resonates, you’re not alone. I work with adult women navigating trauma, recovery from addiction or compulsive behaviors, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting women who feel frustrated that insight alone hasn’t created the change they hoped for.
