In my practice I serve individuals, couples, children and families with over 10 years experience providing services in community mental health, inpatient, military and private practice settings. I serve clients of all ages with issues of anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, addiction/SA, relationship/family counseling, trauma and PTSD. In my practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Holistic Integrative Therapy. As an experienced child therapist I also work with clients ranging from infancy to teen years utilizing Art Therapy, Play Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy.
