I work with individuals who strive to do their best for their work, families, and communities, but often feel anxious, depleted, or stuck in their own minds. You may struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or a constant sense of pressure, even when things look fine on the outside. Therapy focuses on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself, learn to trust your inner voice, set boundaries, and relate to anxiety in more workable ways. I also offer parent-based support for caregivers of children and teens with anxiety-related conditions.
