Collegiate Mental Wellness offers clients ages 11-25 a supportive, positive setting. When facing stress, relationship/friendship issues, school adjustment, or mental health concerns we are here to assist. Customized individual therapy, family therapy, diagnostic visits, ADHD assessments and mental health medication management collaborative care. We offer in person appointments in St. Paul at the corner of Cleveland Avenue South and Ford Parkway in the Highland Park area. Teletherapy is also available in all PsyPact States and in Minnesota. In Network with Optum, Medica, United Health Care, Blue Cross, Health Partners and Cigna. At Collegiate Mental Wellness our specialties include supportive, positive therapy, diagnostic assessments and mental health medication management (MD; the physician and psychologist collaborate). Our providers help our clients ages 11-25 navigate from where they are now to where they would like to be. Family therapy and parenting support also available.
