In my practice, I work to create a safe, accepting, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space. I work with teens and adults of all ages who experience depression and anxiety. I will work with you to find healthy ways of coping with trauma, loss, relationship problems, and life transitions. I am a clinically trained psychotherapist who takes a psychodynamic, client-centered approach to diagnosis, often guided by deeper understanding. Prior to completing my Masters in Clinical Social Work, I lived in and traveled to different countries including India, Thailand, Madagascar. I am currently pursuing post-graduate education as a candidate at the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New Jersey.
