It’s my mission to help you learn to take the reins of your life. Together, we will maximize your chances for success, your sense of fulfillment, and your freedom to choose for yourself. Trained in both Psychology and Social Work, I strive to hold space for our all your most difficult challenges. My approach is founded on respect, openness, compassion, and collaboration. In my office, we will work together to hold and release difficult emotions, identify the parts of ourselves that help us and hurt us, and grow into your favorite self.
