I work with adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress, and major life or career transitions. Oftentimes, clients find themselves stuck in repeating patterns, emotionally isolated, and worn down by ways of coping with stress that no longer help. Many sense that something isn’t working but feel unsure about how to move forward. Clients come to therapy seeking a collaborative, non-judgemental space to sit with what's hard, work through longstanding patterns, and develop a stronger sense of choice, purpose, presence, and alignment in their lives.
