Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. They often feel disconnected from their creativity, purpose, or sense of self. They want to begin to untangle the mental and emotional complexities of their lives, but aren’t sure where to start. My approach is both holistic and evidence-based, combining my clinical social work background with my extensive experience in alternative health modalities. I like to turn the woo woo into the practical by demystifying mindfulness practices and rooting them in actionable habits.
