My history is that of helping those with all forms of addiction, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, acute traumatization, anger management, personality disorders, reintegration, and phase of life changes. During marriage/couples counseling, the emphasis is on the partnership of the relationship and on individual perspectives. During individual counseling, I follow a person-centered, non-judgmental approach focusing on how our unconscious actions and thoughts may have created problems in our lives.
