About

I am a licensed therapist and certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner providing individual, and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have experience treating anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorder, panic disorder, self-injurious behaviors, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and significant life transitions. I am a practical therapist helping individuals deal with childhood trauma, substance use, addiction, job stress, anger, loss, and grief. I also focus my practice on helping individuals, families, and couples cope with life challenges with a culturally sensitive approach.
