We are a group practice that brings together clinicians from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, home life, or relationships. When everyday pressures exceed their ability to cope, they may feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected. Many of our clients face challenges in school, struggle to complete tasks, experience conflict at work, or find it hard to enjoy activities they once loved.
