We are specialists in attachment, relationships, somatic therapy, and trauma resolution. Healing is possible! By integrating body-mind work in a therapy session, those with chronic overwhelm, anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, and relational triggers are able to find resolve, heal, and live in a deeper state of freedom & calm. Our attention to the whole person is an expression of our deep need for connection with all the parts of ourselves & connection with others. Somatic Therapy, EMDR, IFS, Ketamine, Hypnotherapy, Sex Therapy. Sessions happen virtually in all of Colorado + California and a limited number of in-person sessions. We work with trauma, grief/loss, relational triggers, spirituality, attachment, sexual embodiment, anxiety/depression, stress, sensitivity, restlessness, and nervous system issues.
