I work primarily with high-functioning, capable women who carry significant responsibilities-professionals, caregivers, and women who are often the emotional backbone of their communities. Many of the women I support are navigating trauma histories, anxiety, caregiving for children or aging parents, the impact of parental narcissism, or neurodiversity, while continuing to show up competently in demanding roles. With nearly four decades of clinical experience, and licensure in California and Arizona, I bring a grounded, steady approach to therapy.
