I view counseling as a holistic and individual developmental process. Each individual that enters my office brings character and strengths as well as stressors and challenges. To me, it is important that together we build a trusting relationship that allows you to feel heard and validated. Having worked in both clinical and non-clinical settings, I have worked with a multitude of clients and have fostered a unique and special relationship with each, be-it child, adolescent or adult. Through our journey together, we will build upon the fundamentals of counseling: trust, communication, transparency and empowerment.
