I specialize in working with people who have mood disorders (Depression, Bipolar Disorder); Anxiety and Panic Disorders. I primarily trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), though I prefer so integrate it seamlessly into chill therapy sessions. I also see patients with PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder.
