I have worked with a diverse population in community mental health for over 10 years. These individuals include those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, as well as a variety of other mental health concerns. Their goals have varied, yet there is the one common thread of bettering their mental and physical health. I offer interventions based in acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and person centered therapy.
