Greetings! My name is Conise and I am a psychotherapist at Revo Well. We are a tribe of extraordinary clinicians dedicated to REVOlutionizing WELLness in the BIPOC community. My therapeutic approach is centered around creating safe and affirming healing spaces. I strive to provide the perfect balance of professionalism and utilization of strong clinical skills while also being completely down to earth and non-judgmental. I specialize in working with youth and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as individuals with a history of trauma. As your therapist, I will lead you on journey of self-discovery and healing. We will explore how and why prior experiences continue to impact current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Additionally, we will work together to develop personalized coping strategies, specifically tailored to meet your unique needs.
