Connected Seen & Heard, led by Karolyn Johnson, LMFT, and Reya Kost, Psy.D, is an inclusive therapy space dedicated to fostering healing and a true sense of belonging for individuals from all walks of life. We are passionate about changing the way we treat ourselves and others, the way we operate in our daily lives, and the way we create a bonded and supportive community. We are an attachment based practice, each clinician with their own speciality and strengths. The basis of attachment is safety, trust, and vulnerability. It is in those safe spaces that we hold for our clients that emotional healing and understanding of self and of others are developed.
