Welcome to Connections Counseling and Consulting, a psychological counseling clinic based in Goodyear, AZ. We specialize in tailoring our approach to each client's unique symptoms and their specific goals. We specialize in trauma and trauma-informed care. Most clients come to see us because their symptoms are getting in the way of living the way they want or they struggle to feel calm, happy, or like themselves. Anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles often have their roots in childhood attachment, neglect, and trauma.
