My ideal client is someone who is feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma. They may be a teenager navigating identity and peer pressures, a young adult figuring out life transitions, or an adult trying to heal from old wounds while juggling current responsibilities. They may feel misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Faith-based and spiritually attuned therapy is offered at the client's request.
