Finding a therapist is a challenge, but once we get started you will see wonderful changes in your life. My clients are people who have reached success in many areas of their life, but still feel that something is holding them back from the life they want. My areas of expertise are in complex family dynamics, grief as well as anxiety & depression. A large portion of my practice is devoted to working with couples to improve communication, build trust, improve intimacy issues and reduce conflict. I help all clients to envision a future they dream of, and then provide the tools to make it a reality.
