About
Hello and welcome to my counseling page. My primary focus is to provide counseling, hope and healing in our sessions. You are wanted and welcomed here. I want to know you and will listen carefully while giving guidance to help you enjoy the life God created you to have. My education includes a BS, MA and PhD in Psychology and I have been a Psychotherapist in private practice for over 25 years which includes counseling several years at Texas Children's Hospital downtown in Houston's Medical Center and a psychology professor for 8 years. I work with adults, college students and teenagers. My areas of expertise are Marriage counseling & relationship issues; blended family issues; communication skills; self-esteem; anger management; depression; and anxiety. I also provide Zoom groups in the areas of Teen Self-Esteem; Increasing Happiness; and Anger Management.
