My approach is one that is supportive and validating. It is important to me that my clients feel heard and understood at all times. I enjoy working with individual adults, couples and families. I strive to create a safe environment where they can openly discuss their challenges, fears, and aspirations while feeling understood. I provide a therapeutic environment that is safe and non-judgmental that allows them the opportunity to be completely unfiltered and themselves at all times.
