I specialize in child & adolescent issues, young adult, divorce and relationships, adults, and veterans. Stress, anxiety, mental health issues, and relationships can be very difficult to navigate. I work with clients to look for thinking patterns we may need to develop, listen closely to hear your journey, and develop your goals. As we build trust, I incorporate several different approaches to help meet your needs, and accomplish your goals together. I struggled myself, and still do, and have a heart for helping others. I have a sense of humor, I am warm and validating, but I am also direct and honest.
