I have been working with and advocating for individuals, families and children since 2006. I strive to provide a comfortable, open and accepting environment for you to begin this process. I use EMDR, psychodynamic, family systems and Cognitive Behavioral interventions to help ease anxiety, set goals, and strengthen your relationships. Therapy can help you overcome challenges such divorce, making transitions, and loss. I welcome all clients, but found my techniques are particularly helpful with anxiety, trauma and life transitions. Therapy is a great place to learn about strengthening relationships, setting goals and reducing your anxiety.
