My therapeutic approach is grounded in EMDR, Somatic (body centered), Transpersonal, and Internal Parts therapies. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and provide trauma informed care. Counseling offers a safe space to navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and grow into greater wholeness.
