Hi! I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy is brave, vulnerable, and sometimes hard to fit into an already full life. My hope is that our work together helps you reconnect with yourself and find healing and joy along the way. As a mom of three, I love supporting people through the many seasons of parenthood - from deciding to become a parent, to navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period, to coping with infertility, loss, or the everyday chaos of raising kids. I also work with adults of all ages who are moving through big life changes, managing stress or anxiety, working on relationships, and exploring career direction.
