As a therapist, I work in a partnership with my clients to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. I have 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in various settings. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is paramount for growth and change, and you will know within the first session whether I am the right therapist for you. Over the years, I have developed ways of addressing the past while focusing on the present day, and I have training and experience working with clients from childhood to adulthood. Confidentiality is assured. I have extensive training in working with Narcissistic and Borderline Personality Disorder, and am certified in DBT. I use a broad range of techniques including a neuro-behavioral approach based on CBT & TFCBT, as well a contemporary psycho-dynamic approach. I also spent 16 years working with the emotional issues of children within the Duval Co. Schools.
