I believe there is always hope. We all struggle with challenges in our lives that can become overwhelming. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 14 years of experience being a counselor. I have been honored and blessed to help many people work through their problems and find their own solutions to better their lives. Through my experience I have learned that most people already have the answers inside of them and they just need the right support to help them find their path. I have received training in complex trauma and come from a trauma focused perspective. I use many therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Reprocessing Desensitization (EMDR).
