As a therapist, I strive to build a relationship based on trust and empathetic listening. I have a passion for helping people move through the hardships they might be facing in their lives. I realize therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach and I will work with you to help you build skills that are effective for you. I will help you gain insight into your life, identify negative thought patterns, and challenge you to think "outside of the box". During the time we spend together, we will focus on strength-based and person-centered treatment.
