We live in challenging times and I am here to help. Whether you're seeking to better understand your own neurodiversity, or struggling with anxiety and/or depression, I am here to help you find clarity and deepen connection and sense of empowerment. As a queer, neurodivergent and non-binary therapist, I aim to be a resource for my community. I also enjoy helping people from all walks of life navigate relationships, sex and intimacy. My methods include IFS and relational therapy. Overall, I want those I serve, to move away from feeling alienated and alone toward embodying their truth and living full, rich, meaningful lives.
