Deciding to start therapy means something different to each person. My priority is to provide a space in which you feel comfortable working together to accomplish your goals, develop a deeper understanding of who you are, and discover what healing and growth mean to you. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a genuine interest in exploring self-awareness, inner resources, acceptance, and commitment toward meaningful change. I work from a Person Centered perspective integrated with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
