My name is Connie Whelan and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I have been practicing for over 16 years, helping adults and seniors with a wide variety of challenges. I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, worry, sleep disturbances, family and/or relationship issues, or financial worries. I use CBT, Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing and Strength-based approach to help clients that are seeking to make changes in their lives and become their best selves.
