Building healthy, professional, and fulfilling relationships is a skill I believe everyone can benefit from working on and have in their life. These are the first goals I have for all of the people I work with. My goal is to work together with my clients to find how best I can help you where you are in your journey. Each individual is different and I expect each person I work with to be a little different and while working together, I hope to help you grow along the way. With my experience and education working with children I bring many elements of play therapy into my counseling with the children and adolescents I work with. With all my clients, I approach the relationship and work we do with a person-centered and strengths-based approach.
