My own life experiences have led me to work passionately with young LGBTQ+ and straight adults experiencing life transitions issues, anxiety, depression, grief, or ADHD. I am known for my direct and honest communication style — all in the comfort of couch cushions. I work to create a safe space by first focusing on building trust within the therapeutic relationship all while building self care routines and mental wellness skills. I welcome humor, “real talk” and (appropriate) self-disclosure is my jam.
