Hi! I am located in the Ventura/Santa Barbara area and currently offer in person and telehealth options. I have worked with couples going through significant life changes, teenagers (and their parents) who have behavioral struggles, blended families redefining household dynamics, people who are having "mental blocks" that prevent them from accomplishing their goals, young adults at risk of hospitalization, and everything in between.
