Young people are often faced with overwhelming emotions, feeling misunderstood, and reactive behaviors they might not even understand. I specialize in working with teenagers, but I also see preteens and adults, offering a safe and compassionate space to provide validation and navigate life’s difficulties. My approach is grounded in the belief that there is no such thing as a "bad kid." Instead, I strive to understand the reasons behind behaviors often labeled as "oppositional" or "defiant," meeting youth with respect, empathy, and support.
