Hello! I'm Conor. I work with kids, teens, and young adults who may be feeling anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed by the demands of school and daily life. Many of my clients are navigating challenges with executive functioning, friendships, or identity, and are looking for a space where they feel safe, supported, and understood. In our work together, I focus on helping clients build confidence, develop practical strategies, and gain deeper insight into themselves. My goal is to create a welcoming space where they feel empowered to face challenges, strengthen relationships, and grow into the version of themselves they hope to be.
