Therapist at the Center for Therapy and Counseling Services where I work with a diverse clientele of individuals, couples and families. But my passion is with the guys: Men are in trouble. Quietly, stubbornly, and often alone. There’s a crisis in masculinity, and it’s not being solved by shame, slogans, or chest-thumping. Too many men feel lost between outdated roles and impossible expectations, unsure how to be strong, grounded, and emotionally alive at the same time. My work focuses on helping men rebuild clarity, purpose, and self-respect. Masculinity isn’t inherently toxic; it’s beautiful and it’s integral to society.
