My ideal client is someone who is carrying a lot beneath the surface, including anxiety, stress, unresolved trauma, or a sense of being disconnected from who they want to be. They may function well on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns they can’t quite break. They’re looking for clarity, emotional steadiness, and a more grounded way of moving through their life. Their goal is to feel confident, connected, and purposeful, and they want a space that is steady, honest, and genuinely supportive as they work toward that.
