Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Jillian Shumway and I am the owner of Conscious Healing Therapy. My focus in treatment is to guide and assist with understanding and compassion while we collaborate on your treatment. I specialize in trauma therapies that also help to alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms. A typical session will reflect on what you need support with and to explore origins of conflict within yourself and/or external factors that may cause you to feel out of control. I also focus on improving self-esteem and assertiveness while being able to trust in yourself to make decisions for your life. View 7 Photos My treatment style will involve mindfulness based approaches, Parts therapy, Inner Child work and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy. I also find it useful to provide my clients with education on family cycles to gain insight regarding family patterns and how to set appropriate boundaries with those who can be toxic.
