At our practice we are dedicated to helping people overcome the barriers that are keeping them from living the life they want to live. At Conscious Psychotherapy, we use an integrative approach using multiple treatment methods to fit each individual’s unique situation and needs. We also believe that the therapeutic process is most successful when treatment is client lead. Meaning we do not pressure a client in any way, rather we always meet them where they’re at and go from there, within each client’s level of comfort.
