Over my 30 years as a psychotherapist, my style has become increasingly interactive, with an emphasis on looking at the present, and how our current interactions may sometimes be subtle – or not so subtle – echoes of earlier relationships and experiences. A specific focus I bring to my work is an interest in exploring the body/mind connection: In our complicated world, it is easy to get swept up in our immediate thoughts and feelings, and forget the physical basis of our perceptions.
