Hello, my name is Connie and I look forward to meeting you. I named my practice "A Full Life Counseling" because I strongly believe in the possibility of living a full and meaningful life, even with the ups and downs it often throws at us. I worked in high schools for 20 years, at the college level for 10, and coached high school sports, so I have lots of experience with adolescents and young adults! I care deeply about helping individuals reach their fullest, most authentic potential and love walking with them on the journey. I also enjoy working with parents of anxious children.
