I have been practicing 25 years and am the owner of The Centre for Health and Wellbeing. I continue to assist clients in making authentic, meaningful and mindful choices about how to live. My comprehensive psychotherapy private practice, based throughout Florida include individual counseling services related to: anxiety • depression • eating disorders • women psychological issues including post-natal depression • addictions in recovery. My practice's intake is very thorough, I spent 11 years in higher education and have an extensive background on the importance of a intake session. You will be asked about family history, medical history, sleep hygiene, nutrition, work, leisure activities as well as exercise. There is no judgement in my sessions, I am here to help.
