I have 12 years of experience employed in behavioral health facilities, outpatient therapy clinics, correctional centers, veteran affairs, and also providing medical social work/ therapy to oncology, emergent, and crisis patients in the hospital settings. I'm certified in advanced trauma, ADHD/ADD, grief, dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) & financial health. I believe in focusing on the client through a strength-based approach and building resilience. I specialize in working with first responders, professionals , communication barriers, self esteem, career challenges, stress & mood.
