My focus is working with teens, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, electronics/gaming addiction, anger, trauma and loss. Often, teens, adolescents and adults who are suffering have difficulty communicating with others, which in-term affects relationships with parents, friends, partners, and other important individuals. Teens and adolescents are also prone to depression and anxiety at this developmental stage, causing low self-esteem, isolating themselves from friends/family, angry/violent outbursts and significant mood swings. This may be difficult to endure alone, and that's where I come in.
